A classically trained cellist and guitarist, Theo has work as a sound engineer since the mid-1990s in a variety of formats and settings from assistant engineer to FOH guy to live recordist...  He has had the privilege to mix shows for artists as divers as:  Kim Nazarian, New York Voices, Jamey Haddad's All Star Sextet, Beau Bristow, Chris Buzzelli, Dick Oats, Sunny Wilkinson, Ilona Knopfler, Scott Wendholt, the Toledo Jazz Orchestra, and the BGSU Vocal Jazz Singers with sidemen including Jay Ashby (Paul Simon, Tania Maria), Mark Soskin (Sonny Rollins), Paul Nowinski (Les Paul), Marcello Pellitierri (Gypsy Kings), Ray Porello (Sammy Davis Jr.), Kip Reed (Donna Summers), Klaus Mueller (joan Osborne), Kevin DiSimone (Barry Manilow), David Bixler, Alain Mallet (Paul Simon) and Marty Ashby (Nancy Wilson).  He has assisted at the boards for M-pact and Sean Jones.   

Theo has also been responsible for tour and festival sound & logistics, and been technical director, public and artist relations manager & live recording engineer with the World Vision Youth Ambassadors 1998-2000, various concert series and festivals and BGSU Arts Village Concert Series.  

He is currently managing the First Annual BGSU New York Voices vocal jazz camp to be held on the BGSU campus in August 09. 

Theo also does some PR and publicity work for a variety of artist friends in germany and the US.
